The site I'm talking about is a new one that I've put in line mid-january. That site was in Google's index for a few periods lasting less than 48 hours due to the freshbot. FYI, there's nearly no traffic (+/- 30 visitors/day) on that site.
I saw the hits from GoogleBot, but no visitor had Google as referrer on that day as it was an "not in the index" period. :))

Now that aces are low and face up, may I sticky you where to send my doughnuts? In fact just send the 30,000 or so to the PubCon. We will divvy them up there.

The first "real" rdf dump which worked completely was dated Feb 19, 2003. That does not give them much time to debug problems. The systems engineers are probably tearing their hair out.
Wrong. If you check backlinks, Google quite clearly is spidering the ODP, and using that in the algo. On the search engine side, even if the ODP never did an RDF dump again, Google would use new additions for the algo.
