216.239.53.99
216.239.57.99
66.102.7.99

i am seeing minor improvements in the above dcs - a few outdated supplementals are getting pushed back, and the real relevant pages are coming up first, for the most part. and this is NOT even jagger 3. definately lots of movement though..

>>>I personally don't think you could get much better than 66.102.9.104. <<<

Personally I think it can, so roll on jagger 3 :-)

216.239.21.58 has what looks like even more tweaking. Jagger 4 anyone?

with 66.102.7.99 our site moved up 2 places to number 3 overall. More importantly - 2 of the 3 directory sites have been pushed back to page 3.

and on it goes....

New to the group, but have been glued to this forum for some insite on the most stressful update ever. It really seems at this point we are all a little bit loopy...I know I am. It's nice to know I am not alone and the humor helps me keep some sanity :0) My site was knocked off competely for awhile and has reappeared on the 2nd page for my key terms. Hope to be back at the top when this is all over. Come on Jagger, Mama needs a new pair of shoes!

FFS - Mozilla Googlebot has bought my database down :(

GG - Crawl Delay work on Mozillabot - 18+ requests a second is just to much :(

Well, yesterday I stated that 4 DC's had completely dropped my site. Those 4 DC's now have my site ranked #2 and #3 for my key terms...

A little history, my site has been 1 - 5 on all key terms for SERPS since '01. Bourbon killed me with my site dropping as low as 20.

It looks like Jagger 3 is restoring me to my rightful place!

WOW - [216.109.118.79...] is showing by far the most relevant, consistent results I have seen since the update began.

I am going to start relying on that datacenter.

Nice one SEO TARD!

That is a consistent DC though :)

Mozilla Googlebot has been going crazy on our main site too. Been watching the load all afternoon and it's giving MySQL a hammering.

Yes, I have been trying to make the DB more efficient - but got locked by my host before I finished - now hosts are not answering phone.

dfre - Finally someone has twigged!

Just playing with the wrong IP address. Wonder how many have tried it!

: ) - Good luck to all.

OK, Jagger 3 is looking a lot like pre-Bourbon. I see some sites that got killed in August showing back up in some of the DC's and my site is back to pre-bourbon position in some DC's.

Anyone else?

uh - don't look now but did Yahoo just have a pretty major change in SERPS?

They certainly did on my end.

I disagree EAZY, 1/3 of the DC's are showing complete volatility from yesterday. At least in terms within my industry.

Both MC and GG said it hasn't started, and don't expect it to before tomorrow at the earliest.

Eazy is correct. We are just now well into J2 now it's finally released into the wild. I've been scratching my head all week over people announcing J2 when almost nothing was happening but J1 being tweaked. When GG says you can see it on Friday does not mean it's on all datacenters suddenly and over. While we might "see" J3 by Friday I don't expect to feel effects from it until late weekend or next week.

GG did imply server reboots for J2 and J3 which I think we saw last night.

Well, spank my ash and call me Sally! If J3 is really doing this on DC 66.102.7.99, then WE ARE BACK! Hot diggity dog!

To all those who say Jagger 3 is already implemented - are you implying Matt Cutts is misleading everyone when he says it starts Friday? It seems to me when people see results they like they flag it as Jagger 3 in the hope it sticks - wishful thinking perhaps!

WebPixie,

obvisouly for another thread but some MAJOR changes in Yahoo for us.

Moved up for ecommerce related terms, down for advice/informational content.

Spending so much time with this Jagger thing I haven't even looked at Yahoo.

istar and followgreg, we're working our way through the spam feedback. Since it's possible to see the specifics you're talking about, I'll go ahead and pass those on myself for taking action. :)

Googleguy,

Thanks so much for taking these examples (and others) into consideration. And I guess that I'm speaking in the name of all webmasters suffering from unfair competition.

Really much appreciate that you look into it personnaly, that sounds almost like my birthday to me, I want fairness only :)

Best wishes

I have Zombie websites re-animating every hour now. At this pace, I get back my sites I lost after the SuperBowl, one from August, and one from September 22nd. On top of that, brand new sites from October on consumer electronics come storming out of the sandbox and right to their rightful place at the top.

I know this is too good to be true.

I do too Strider... What's interesting is some new heavy hitters entered our space, however, we came back stronger than them. The SERPs are definitely not like pre-Jagger, however, I do feel like things moving in the direction I see makes sense, us on top :) Now all I have to do is tell everyone on the net to go to that one DC only and do all their searches.

To JO's point right below, I think that might be the case...
