Seriously though, the correct place to report specifics is using the keyword jagger2 (we're still in part 2) on the spam report form at [google.com...]Put Jagger2 in the additional notes box?
What if there are notes to add too?
Sounds exciting to me :)

I now think the results everyone was complaining about on a small number of data centres was a preview of this new "ranking" :)
Oh dear.. if I'm right there's going to be a few unhappy webmasters in the world.

Not a very competive term and only very very few in an allintitle:keyword search - even less if you exclude supplementals. Title is still important in G. (and it is on a root page I guess)
Does anyone else think the removal of these results and then the sudden collapse of DC's is interesting? I think they may have been Jagger3, dispite information supplied.
Curiouser and curiouser!
Time will tell!
I know I said it sounds scary but then realised 'indexing' is the key word here - once I calmed down and remembered Dayo's infamous canonical ranting (where did you get to, 91 more times? Can't remember!) I thought Matt may just be talking about that, and supplimentals... which shouldn't harm the SERPs a huge amount in terms of algo changes, and should help people who've previously lost out for things out of their control.
I hope.
Thank the Lord that I organised a weekend away (it was to be celebratory or commiseratory) so at least I can go in blind ignorance either way!
>>Maybe he ignored you because he had to go to work. It was 4:20am when the poor guy went to bed! <<
Or maybe because I´m right on target :-)
And here what I wrote today on msg #:401:
------------------------------------------------------
I really think that if you can make it on these 3 Dcs today, you can make it on Jagger3 on Friday.
First they shall push Jagger3 on all 3 Dcs or one of them to start with, then tweak..tweak..tweak, and once they like what they see... then they will tell us to look at Jagger3 there!

Lol.
I think I got to 90 odd - gave up, got bored - WebmasterWorld should have dynamic signature service :)
Well hopefully that issue will be fixed, and supplementals - but GG mentioned that Jagger3 will be the new base going forward (someone mentioned early maybe for the next 3 months - I would suggest a lot lot longer than that)
>>Reseller, I hope you're right (usually you are).
Because on those datacenters: the horses are in the barn.<<
Thanks!
And allow me to elaborate more about why I think I'm right on target, and its GG for his own reasons is holding back ;-)
1 - Both GG and Matt have posted previously that Wednesday 2nd Nov. is the day of Jagger3.
2 - Matt posted yesterday Wednesday 2nd Nov.:
"P.S. I’m off to bed, but Jagger3 is coming along. I don’t know if it will be visible later today or not, but I’ll keep you posted when I know more."
3 - Already on 26th Oct. Matt posted:
"In this instance, Jagger1 was the sort of thing that we could launch at all data centers quickly, but Jagger2 and Jagger3 require switching over each data center individually."
And that what exactly happened this morning!
4 - This morning many of us have noticed the following DCs off and then on. And I posted in my today msg #:374
-----------------------------------------------
Reseller report for duty in WebmasterWorld forum 30 :-)
Can any of you guys access the following DCs at the moment? Maybe its here where we should expect Jagger3

216.239.57.99
66.102.7.99
Thanks!
GoooooooooooooooooooogleGuy!
A weather report please :-)

Therefore! :-)
Google has taken a new method with spam. They used to remove the domain from the index but now they just put a filter on the url so that the rankings drop ~10 pages and the webmaster is left guessing what has happened.
Why not contact the webmaster directly? It shouldn't take more work than checking sites manually and entering the url to your magic list. Besides, most of the spam reports are made by competitors and the "spam" being a "too large banner in the center of the page" etc.
