Have been waiting for google's pending update but didn't get any on that. From last two days I have noticed extreme changes in search results for same google domain (like .com or .de or .nl etc.) with different interface language selected (like hl=de or hl=en or hl=nl). When you change the interface language the whole bunch of results are different.
Is this the actual update this time? Enabling the geo centric data which google wanted to implement for better localization? If yes (and if someone else is also seeing this change) then may be we can all identify the parameters of this new change, like language, servers in geographical locations or extensions (.de, .nl etc.)

I do see them slightly older than that date - not back to Feb 04 though
Armi - when did you correct your non-www old duplicate content probs.
Did not correct mine until March - so perhaps lots of supplementals need to go for me until I see improvements.
Blimey - hopefully if G are reading this they will understand that the supplementals are causing problems.
I dont want to wait until October next year! - A good crawl would be nice too - Armi - did you get a good crawl recently too?
gone as in totally deleted from Google, or gone down on SERPS?
The 64.233.189.104 type results have been showing consistently for me on google.com since last night (I'm in California). I hope it sticks.
I still see all my bad supplemental pages including a phantom dup of my homepage and a canonical problem with it too...
But the homepage and several other pages are ranking well - seems like they turned off one of the penalty switches on those DCs. With my luck it was by accident and some freckle-faced kid will be brought into the office for a tongue lashing in a few minutes.
This is pretty, pretty good.
It was pretty bad when I had to pay to a "farm" directory $100 plus per year for an enhanced listing. These directory guys were getting pretty rich for doing nothing.
Well, directory guys, I hope your easy life ends soon. In the meantime, do something useful, get a copy of the book "Who moved my cheese?".
