I see this too. And, this is on a rather non-competitive SERP that nobody besides me SEOs for. I wouldn't expect to see this much with everflux.

Yes, what is the www-ex.google site ... I'm seeing my sites listed there with all the changes I was expecting to see in the update. They are not in the main search and have not been freshbotted.

Searched for pages linking to www.yahoo.com. Results 1 - 100 of about 661,000. Search took 0.58 seconds.

CONFIRMED on [www-ex.google.com...] Check my total number of posts. I've been around here long enough I know how to do this right.
