November - page views were down by about 5%; earnings were up by over 10%; page RPM up by 15%

November was a great month.$2 short of a record, but the record was set last May and May has 31 days, so I guess technically that would make November the new record. But I had roughly 50% more page views and impressions in November than in May. So again not sure...

Compared to last month, far fewer impressions as a result of the ad-balancer and a big increase in RPM.

Today so far, 2 clicks and 75 cents, totally and absolutely fubard and banjaxed for me.

Feels like the Black Friday/Cyber Monday boom is over today. Perhaps ad budgets have reset for December and there will be a market push at mid-month in time for Christmas. Here's hoping.

+11% for November compared to the month before. Pretty slow here today as well. No wonder though :D

November was a goofy month. Normally pretty slow til Thanksgiving, then it starts heating up for the holidays, but instead it was fairly busy all month. G only clawed back $.02 (that's gotta be a record) which means that $42 click I got around the middle of the month was legit - I was sure that one was gonna disappear.

Clawback for me was only about 0.74% and November was a record high in earnings.

However, today appears to indicate the end of the November spike. Hopefully it doesn't crash too steep.

Coincidentally I also had an influx of advertisers contacting me for ad space on the site in November.

I need to not look at AdSense until the second week of January it's that bad. So far today 90 cents and I have no doubt it will get worse..

I've been chatting with several webmasters using AdSense in my industry and they've all experienced similar including traffic down. How can everyone be experiencing traffic down unless there is an overall non-searching for these products?

This would seem to be one of the answers judging by how many businesses have closed in the last few years, 33% in the UK alone, meanwhile several other countries are expanding big-time however my sites being in English, plus selected languages, are not seen in their SERPs, once again localisation for you, Google is rarely showing any other results other than its overtly favoured, mostly USA sites, it's pathetic.

Broke some records these past days, but it's the weekend now, and no more Black Fridays or Cyber Mondays, so I'm expecting it to slow down a bit, though RPMs are likely to remain high until Christmas comes. Clawback for November is about 2%.

Come on RedBar, talk the truth. Not all are experiencing traffic down, I am not experiencing that and the feed back from many of webmasters I speak to reflects that. Clearly we are in different business areas but please don't generalise, if you do you will be proved wrong for many segments of the market.

As for the 33% of businesses closing during the last "few" years. Get real.

First off, define "few years". And then accept the reality that a huge number of of start ups have, and always will, close down within their first three years of trading. That has zilch to do with Adsense, it just economic reality. it has been the case for decades, maybe even centuries.

Big clawback for me.. around 13% and a huge fall off in December so far. Sort of surprising since the advertising trend seems to hold better for this time of year.

Just enabled AMP, and the ads are loading really fast. Looks like Google has finally improved the AMP ad system.

MayankParmar: From what i read, it seems most webmasters lose revenue switching to AMP. TBH we're too scared switching to it.

@Maximum Yes. For top stories and to recover the lost traffic, I thought its best to switch to AMP. I'll soon update the outcome here.
