Can't see anything new here.

I've been watching it like a hawk (a search-engine-monitoring hawk that is) and I haven't seen any change.

Dogboy, what exactly did you do/type in, to get this result?

....I'm sure it has reverted.... it always does. Even if it didn't, everyone would probably see different versions depending on what data centers they were being directed to.

as far as what I typed in... a bunch of stuff.... usually I search for anything in google.... then I add a '3' to the www string my address bar and hit return.... I usually at least look at the #1 result, as well as the number of total results shown.... if they are different, then I do backlink checks by typing in things like 'link:domain.com'.... then I either add a '3' or a '2', or remove the digits, so the string is in default 'www' mode.... I saw different results for about 5 mins and then it reverted.

...the only thing this means is that we are getting close. My guess is that within 24hrs www3 will show stable results that are markedly different than the ones currently on www, and then we will see fluctuations between new results on www and www3... and then www will stabilize ...or something like that:)

Did you happen to check the Yahoo backlinks? If so, do you remember what the count was?

I did a little thread cleaning and splicing here. It was getting a bit much.

No difference in Yahoo backlinks, but I see a difference in Google.ca, which is where I usually see my results change first. Could be just a fluke, I suppose, but the results are showing the change that I expected to see.

Don't know why I am hung up on this, but I have just never seen the update start while there are fresh dates still showing...not even within the same day of disappearing. I could be wrong. I was wrong once before. LOL

The activity on WebmasterWorld this time of the month always reminds me of Linus waiting in the most dignified pumpkin patch in town . . . freezing, shivering, just about to come down with pneumonia but unshaken from his conviction that the Great Pumpkin WILL come, no matter what everyone else thinks. Then a silhouette rises up against the full moon, Linus cries out at the apparent moment of broken tension, and faints at the sight.

Then we see that the silhouette was not indeed the Great Pumpkin, but Snoopy, messing with Linus' head.

And yes, there's a bit of Linus in me, too. ;)

It is for sure... I seen it for a few minutes, did multiple checks...then it vanished.

Typical "Google Dance" they call it.

I don't see the update now either, but i DEFINATELY did for a few minutes.

I am VERY happy with my results too.

Yahoo backlinks are still at 192,000 across the board. No update at this time!

Trust me, I did a search on my sites links and they were doubled for 20 minutes. Now they are back to last months.
I seen it for sure. It give it an hour or few.

In fact I was so happy i was doing marketting analysis on the new results. Then I started getting sour results after 18mins or so, I was so happy, then I did a search on my links and they dropped by 50% and the site has several hundred pages.

I have seen that happen before too. I'll give you an hour, then I will have to give you a hard time.

Crobb you are 100% correct. I am not an idiot "I SEEN IT!" and I didnt think of coming here right away to post it I was so happy. I dont get happy easily, these results were "overdue" I have been doing the checks around the clock.

Do the results change at different times depending on location? I've been watching the yahoo backlinks as well as my own like a hawk all day and they haven't shifted at all.

"I am VERY happy with my results too."

Nobody cares about that. Credibility is zero.

Again, still seeing fresh dates. Have any of you ever seen the update start while there were fresh dates still showing? I always see them disappear for a day or two. So, I say still a day or more away.

There's a reason for that robjones ... no update yet! It may happen very soon (at least one would hope) but this is yet another false start "update" thread.

They do change yes, randomly. Unpredictable. I give it a few hours you will see them come and go within hours. This period will probably last up to 48hrs. From my experience.
