me too! i only came across webmaster world 5 weeks ago after doing a search to answer what i thought was a harmless question... "when will my site update in google?" and now i hit the forum 30+ times a day looking for update info!

The update (dance macabre) will happen when Google thinks they have completely destroyed the sensibilities of all webmasters, web designers and SEOs, so just lay back, take a few pills like I am, drink some Boones Farm or dollar store mouth wash (the 26% kind) and try to be a normal human being again. futureX - to answer your question, I am anxious for the update to occur because I am sitting here in limbo waiting to see if some of the MANY changes I made to my site are on the right track. I have a boatload of new things I want to do but until I know how the last changes were accepted by Google, I'm waiting. Also, I run an ecommerce site. Better SERPs = more money. Assuming my site is higher in the SERPs after this update, then every day until then, I feel like I'm losing money. It may not be entirely logical but it works for me. Now COME ON Cassandra!
