I miss conversion related choices.
Aside to netmeg: I have already passed your comments regarding PPA from another WebmasterWorld thread along to the right team. To put it rather bluntly, since you most often seem happy or satisfied with how AdWords works for you, I take your comments about what is not working very seriously. In fact I said exactly that in my email to the PPA team a short time ago.
So thanks, as always, for your comments - whether positive or negative. Please know that they are being heard, as will be all comments/suggestions posted in this thread.
AWA
I use both systems in various applications.
Ditto what netmeg said.
As a Publisher my wallet is bleeding and I don't know how long I can take it!
Also I am sure Advertisers are loosing valuable conversions, something needs to be done.
(Sorry edit reason losing not loosing or shoud I say loooooooosing)

Well, the problem has been addressed and fixed (at least on my sites) and AWA has left us a comforting message in the Adsense forum.
We now resume our regularly scheduled program.
...right now, none of my referral ads are even running on my sites - just big blank spots. So I commented them all out. Who benefits from that?
netmeg, I have received word that this is now resolved, so things should be back to normal on this point.
OK, now, back to feature requests and suggestions. ;)

<added> Just noticed Khensu's post - thanks for that, Khensu. ;) </added>

For that matter, I don't know why those urls can't be made clickable. (Maybe because of tracking url issues?)
If for example my IDN Campaign site is Widgets.jp (Native Japanese characters) & the users are searching for Widgets Hotel the CTR would be great because the domain is the same as the keyword.
to fix it, i'd have to reinitate an MCC link, edit the reports, then sever the link again... i am thinking if i ask them (my old contact is gone), it'll be perceived as weird (as were my requests to them for them to remove my emails from their reports)...
when a mcc link is severed, can there be a prompt asking if you'd like to be removed from their emailed reports that have been configured, give me a chance to remove emails from a list.
or can there be a link in the email itself that allows me to choose to stop receiving the configured (scheduled) reports at this email address.
Allow us to select with CPA-actions are associated with the CPA-Campaign.
Example of what is wrong:
I have multiple sites, one is a newsletter subscription, the other one, I sell items and the third one I also sell other type of items. When creating my 3 campaigns ... I noticed that I could not associate actions to specific campaign.
So the Adsense Publisher get something like this:
Campaign 1:
Newsletter website
-Get paid 0.50 per subscription
-Get paid 5$ per sale
-Get paid 50% per sale
Campaign 2:
Item for sale
-Get paid 0.50 per subscription
-Get paid 5$ per sale
-Get paid 50% per sale
Campaign 3:
Item for sale
-Get paid 0.50 per subscription
-Get paid 5$ per sale
-Get paid 50% per sale
WHAT I would like is:
Campaign 1:
Newsletter website
-Get paid 0.50 per subscription
Campaign 2:
Item for sale
-Get paid 5$ per sale
Campaign 3:
Item for sale
-Get paid 50% per sale
CCF
- Allow the 'no end date' option under the initial 'add a budget' screen (currently, it's only an option if you modify your original settings)
- Add commas to the budget amount field - helpful with BIG numbers
- Once you add a budget, you get kicked back out to the MCC screen... allow setting all budgets from one screen
