I'm reluctantly having to accept that my new average is but a tiny fraction of what once was.

Click count and earnings still unchanged since my post at 10am. Sure AdSense, whatever you say.

Yet another ridiculous day in a ridiculous month. I always expect a dip during summer but these figures are a K-T crater.
Maybe it's a Google glitch, maybe it's SnafuPricing, maybe it's CPA ads, maybe it is just the economy and lack of ad inventory. With Google's code of silence I don't know so I can't do anything to fix it.
Today I'm going to go through most of my sites and demote Adsense to bottom of the page. The way things are at the moment Adsense doesn't deserve prime screen estate.

Took a few days off to return to Paris, thinking everything was looking stable, then checked Adsense from the phone and started to freak out - that was the day of the screwed stats. Thank goodness for this forum. :)
Have had some very good days this past week, mixed with mediocre days. Impressions are down on last year, though visitor numbers are roughly the same, it's the EPC that is soaring to new highs. Unfortunately click numbers are down, but the overall effect is positive, and I should end on a good month; certainly a lot better than the past two months, and an improvement on this time last year.

Fortunately the Canadian Mounties launched a rescure mission overnight and managed to salvage a little bit out of a dire day with CTR being the second-lowest for the month at 60% with normal Page Views however inevitably with such a crap day earnings still ended up at 67%.
This last week's saw tooth profile is the most exaggerated I've ever seen with AdSense with a low to high ratio of 668.2% .!.!.!
Can anyone beat that?

Highest ad requests count all month yesterday, but click count and earnings stopped moving at 10am. Now it's past 5am the next day and they still haven't changed. WTF :-(

Significant drop in earnings and CTR this weekend, and stats stuck today again. Time to quit checking I think and back to focusing on the content!

The DIRE trend continues. Will there ever be a recovery?

I doubt that it will ever recover with all the paid ads at the top of each search results page. I think people click those first. I think Google moved far away from the original intent of search.

Wow, haven't seen numbers this bad in months. These are like, February numbers. Traffic's good though, so maybe it'll catch up.

Same here, but I imagine it's due to the problems earlier in the day, hopefully not all the clicks have been accounted for, otherwise I will end up with a record low.

Wow, I got a click now, hours later. Now I can buy an once of beer, but they'll have to poor the once in my hand. I can't cover the cost of having them clean a glass.

My numbers have been a mess for months. Hopefully, this is just a glitch. If not, it's a signal that things at AdSense have really come apart either through deliberation or incompetence. Of course, there's no one to talk to there, nobody in charge. I welcome the day that a true competitor to AdSense comes along. Maybe then they'll give a sh*t.

Doesn't look like many people are clicking today, for whatever reason. 1/30th of what I did yesterday. Or the stats are slow. I'm going with the stats are slow. Yep.

also, have you noticed referral traffics coming into your site from google ad services? when you don't even acquired adwords?

Big click dump today - sort of compensates the silence the past 2 days.
It's Madsense, even sawtooth won't describe the pattern, the blade is missing teeth.
Let's go tweak the adsense engine - it's summertime, no body's watching.

Woke up to normal impressions, and semi-reasonable EPC, but clicks are still very much on the low side - never seemed to recover from yesterday when the stats got stuck for several hours. Maybe a click dump will be forthcoming on another day.
