I'm doing cart wheels here with possibly the best day in a couple months. This is countering the trend with my account.

I'm still seeing some downright horrid days but I'm adjusting my expectations to having that happen. The prior years it was consistent, but now in the past few months or more, the flux is just bizarre. Many others noticing the same thing. It's still here with me as yesterday was about 50%+ lower than today and I have four hours left to earn today. The best thing is I don't get upset at this anymore. Sad in a way, but I'll still cash the cheques I get and will just adjust from buying a case of beer to a six pack.

You can't even search for a recipe category without a certain culinary website showing up 15 times on the first two pages of search results!

Funny, I also notice that.

Curiously still? Bing has been delivering quick "on topic" relevant results lately.

Not so Google.

Sunday's stats were all looking pretty okay, but EPC is relatively poor once again. All in all, far from great.

Yet another low Page Views Sunday ... Tennis, F1 Grand Prix, MotoGP, music festivals, no doubt steaming hot sunshine somewhere, probably outages, nearly pointless having websites, period.

Starting to panic. CPC continues to fall in July. Now at its lowest level in 2.5 years. Its like the deepest part of the recession just hit again. Im talking about my average CPC across a portfolio of 40 sites or so with million of visitors a month, so this aint just noise. No idea whats going on. Last time this happened, the news headlines started reporting a about how serious the recession was a month later.

jost, there are parts of the States that haven't had any electricity for over a week. No electric = no clicks. Plus, there is a heatwave on in some parts of the US.

UK is a huge puddle atm.

But as always, AdSense shouldn't be the only (or even the main) tool in your toolbox, for just such reasons.

Re AdSenseAdvisor - as I understand it (from the last one we had who visited regularly) it's a position they volunteer for, and it depends on available time and willingness to do it. I can't blame anyone for not being willing to do it. Plus I think they'd rather concentrate their efforts on the Google Help forum.

Earnings back to normal now. As I just told my developer, welcome to the first day of the 2013 season.

Good poist Lame_Wolf, this may explain the bad Saturday and Sunday. I hope today will look better. I believe most if not all the power is restored. Me and my family were lucky with only 6 hours with no power - but at 105 degrees, it was no picnic either. Wow, side tracked a bit, sorry.

Had a good two week run, now it seems like three consecutive days of sheer crappiness. What's going on! I'm not sure electric cuts can explain my earnings away.

Lame_Wolf - clicks are the same, traffic is slightly up.
CPC is waaaaaaaaaaaay down though. Not sure the power outages can explain this. Half my traffic is foreign too.

jost, I am not saying that those are the reasons for you. But it is a fact that there are a lot of people right now without electricity. Plus, sunny days means people are out more. For some people it is a new season. Take netmeg for example. She said that hers was expecting to return to normal levels after 4th.

Not knowing your niche, country etc. it is hard to say. Anyway, there is always tomorrow.

adsense stats sure stuck, anyone seeing analytic data (traffic ) also reported low, the real time (stat ) is showing good but its not collaborating the analytic stat.
