July 2012 AdSense Earnings and Observations

Several new record lows during July for me however to end on a better note it's been my first month with increased earnings v the previous month for 15 months or so at 11.8%.

I've got a couple of projects in mind to trial with AdSense, they'll be very useful for users whether or not I can make anything from them is another thing altogether!

July ended up almost twice of June (which was best month ever) and almost three times last July (which was previous best month ever) Even the slow days were less slow than last year.

July ended about 20% less then June. I hope August is better, but today is starting slow.

That's why daily trends and sweating over minor fluctuations aren't statistically significant. If a pattern repeats for days on end you know you have a problem, but a single blip or two on the radar aren't worth worrying about IMO, never were.

How you ended up about the same is that good old smart pricing magic because Google wants to get as much out of those ad budgets as possible and luckily for you, for them to make the same AdSense money, you do as well.

Nice when things work out how they're supposed to isn't it?
