Major AdSense Reporting Lag on Oct 6. 2010

Massive Click Dumps Being Reported Oct 7.

Just an hour or so to end oct 6, for around 10000 impressions this morning (Taiwan time, GMT+8), I'm seeing single digit earnings.
CTR has plummeted, eCPM is plummeted, and earnings worse this morning. Impressions are counting normally though.
Anyone seeing similar things?

Today is crazy... unrelated to AdSense we also seem to be getting only 5 to 10 sales today on our E-Commerce site that normally would get 100+ orders daily, 150+ most Fridays... What's going on today?

My sites are being smashed to pieces with whatever is going on, some are now down 90%, several at -75/80%, and I haven't a clue what's going on therefore I have no idea of what to do!

This is very strange. On several very well established client sites PR 6 and above, it seems that income is down but moving up until around 12pm-maybe 1pm. Then it's as if there is a button that's turned off, and the rest of the day's income barely moves, even though before this happened (early October is when it started) but the last 2 days have been the worst in the history of the sites, the sites in question would have at least 40% more income from the remainder of the day.

Whatever Google did this time, is not nice to see. Again, in my case I am seeing it on very established white hat sites with unique content.

Yesterday has remained "on the very low side of normal." Today is looking like it's back to normal (knock on wood). As long as the numbers keep creeping up for the rest of the day, it should be good.

It is still slow here...in the last 4 hours I got +25% clicks and I just got 2 dollars! What is going on? I just got almost 0.01 cent per click which is shamefull...Have been in the business since 2007 and never seen something like that.
wait...got something like that when I was a noob with zero experience and put on my kiddie blog adsense...back...back in time! LOL!

A couple of hours ago i checked my adsense and I had #*$! clicks with a regular earning for those clicks. A couple of minutes ago I chcked my Adsense again. i got +15% clicks but my earnings just increased of ....€1,15 ! Anyone experiencing this patetic return? is it a lag or Google has decided to pay us 0,02 cents per click?

Same here. If they are not in the process of going out of business - what I doubt - then they will update those stats, no big deal.

Anyway, there is a lot of movement at Google, if they were not publicly listed yet, then I had argued they are preparing for IPO.

Thanks zerillos for the link. Hope the Google eng knows what he is talking about because here the situation is still pretty...patetic! Today 9 october i got other two figures clicks and got only 0.65 cents...I would like to know other users experience on yesterday and today, so com'on "write your mind" here!

Glad to see that the Big G have (finally) given an update.

My ad revenue is also way down (despite being a new site, I can still tell roughly what I should have been receiving) hence I'll be interested to see how this plays out.

After a couple of days of scrutinising my logs it is evident that G introduced something on 1st October, precisely what or why I have absolutely no idea however it is affecting a significant volume of publishers meanwhile others have been totally unaffected and many have seen increased earnings.

I was talking with a friend, an AdWorder, last night and he said that this last week they had seen their worst response week ever and had no idea why.

Evidentally something is way out of sync, let's hope they resolve it soon since I do not appreciate an overnight 30% reduction in earnings with no G response.

Oh...do I expect the Gorg to explain? Nooooooo...!

By any chance, are those users who are experiencing drops in earnings added In-Text advertising on their blogs (such as Inf... and Kon..) lately?

I know that this is "old" topic discussed here for a looong time but, apparently as far as I am concerned all this apparently appened when on the first Oct I added this new ads on my blog...
I dont know, maybe I am deadly wrong (hope so).

In the meantime...if this delay in stats drops my ECP and CTR so low (which it has) will that generate only low paying ads for the time it takes to fix the problem ?

This adsense glitch continues and a few smaller sites are seriously affected.I am not even sure whether "AdSensePro Chris's response" can be taken as the official resonse from google and whether publishers will recover the losses they see currently.

If you are getting such a big hike, then it is a bigger worry as there is something seriously wrong.So many people are reporting adsesne lows but a few people are enjoying big money.

Still the same crap here in Europe. Two figures clicks and only 2 euros...is it possible that such a big company is going to fix this...on Monday?
If I had to reply to my clients: "ehy I will fix your issue next monday" I would get no client at all!
Google, do we deserve all this? (it is our money after all...)
