So my feeling is the other two 64.233.161.99 or 66.102.11.104 are the candidates for Jagger 2 and Jagger3.

I actually think that the site at #1 is pretty good. Navigation is easy, design and colors are pleasing, and most importantly information is relevant. You're calling it spammy?

66.102.11.104 would be a better candidate, the others are showing old results, looks cleaner from where I stand.

interestingly I am seeing new results on

after I refresh a couple of times and get the larger results returned

Other DCs I see results from before
