- How about a general repository for us to share filters? I'm thinking of something along the lines of the way Google offers widgets and gadgets and whatnot for iGoogle and Desktop. I've created some and gone out and found some out there that did things I didn't even realize were possible; why re-invent the wheel?
- I find the breadcrumb navigation somewhat lacking. There's a lot of times where I'm digging down deep to the keyword level, and I want to go back just one step, and I end up back about four levels, or worse yet, where I started.
- Much more help on setting up to track other types of campaigns (MSN and Yahoo PPC, online campaigns, offline campaigns)
- For those of us who are working with clients (as opposed to just our own accounts) it would be really great to be able to set up some kind of a demo account with some demo stats (or have one available) to show to clients. To be honest, they'd rather have me show them the benefits step by step with an account that looks like their traffic and their sample products than sit through your presentation. I can't show one client another's data, and they just don't seem to get how useful and important this information is unless they can see it and click on it and I can explain it in terms of their business.
Ok, that's for starters. I have more.
my account has triggered an alert that i've got zero impressions in a certain campaign in 1 week... so i go look at it and it's because the ads are still pending review by G. seems like 1 week is too long.
and alerting me (or allowing me to alert myself) for something you've done (errr, not done), seems a tad weird. I'd ask that no alerts be triggered on anything you haven't yet approved or disapproved, but I suppose others might disagree with me.
my point is, what action do i take for a set of ads that you still haven't reviewed? other than stew about approval delay, i mean.
:-)

The first three all have a setting like this:
Show : All ¦ All enabled ¦ All but deleted
The last 3 don't. So if i delete a campaign that has disapproved ads, those ads show up when I'm in the Campaigns tab, Ads sub-tab.
Seems like you need to add the "Show" selector to the Ads and Keywords sub-tabs, and possibly to the Networks sub-tab as well.
For my previously reported problem where ads are being disapproved for Inaccurate Display URL...For the first banner that you add, it works fine. For the second banner, it assumes you'll use the same url and autofills it - but it replaces some characters, like "&" for "&" - which breaks the url. If you click on them to visit the target site, they generally load, because people's servers will reinterpret the url properly - but the ad checking algorithm apparently doesn't!
Please stop the url from changing at all if it's being autofilled!
By the way, this doesn't happen for text ads or rich media ads... in the old interface, we fixed the character substitution issue, perhaps that fix wasn't properly rolled to the image ad creation code.
in the new interface, when creating a new campaign that copies the features loaded from an existing campaign, the dayparting settings don't copy over.
even when you don't copy the dayparting settings from a previous campaign, but rather you load a previous campaign's settings AND manually enter the dayparting settings as part of the campaign creation wizard, they still aren't saved. they only stick if you edit them after the campaign has been created.
Particularly after this recession, the accountant and business partners are watching like a hawk - I have to justify every last cent of our credit card spend, which means, more work for me. If I could run some of our small Adwords campaigns, funded by the earnings on our Adsense account, it would mean a world of difference: no dollars in dollars out, just a fluid transfer of income earned from visitors, to funds spent on attracting more visitors.
I would also think this could significantly decrease Google's accounting overhead cost.
Am I dreaming? :)
And it's even weirder because some accounts in my MCC have Tools and some have Opportunities.
The Tools belong in their own tab, back where they were, thank you very much.

[keyword phrase" - start with this phrase and let it continue to right
"keyword phrase] - end with this phrase, that is, anything plus the phrase
Broad match idea:
So, I have a phrase that says "mingly bingly 100". I can have it as both exact and phrase and enjoy full control.
But, I want more than that. On the other side, I don't want everything what comes with the broad match.
I want this: mingly bingly "100"
This above would mean broad match of mingly bingly, but has to have "100" within the query that triggers my ad, position within the phrase does not matter.
And as always, negatives on account level - come on guys... :)
Am I dreaming? :)
Probably.
To set reasonable expectations, this has been seriously considered, but I do not see any evidence that it will occur in the foreseeable future.
It is one of those ideas that has real merit, and, which on the face of it at least, seems really simple to achieve.
In actual fact, though, it is more difficult than one might imagine (as things involving the moving of money - and particularly money in a great many currencies - tend to be) - and would, ultimately, benefit a limited subset of advertisers.
AWA
I only asked because I know in our case we could easily increase our Adwords spend 5x if it could be funded directly by Adsense earnings. Maybe we are just being a silly small business, but at this point things go day to day and the flexibility of avoiding this G-money in, G-money out would have a nice benefit to us.
In any case, I am just a techie and not a great business guy so forgive me if these ideas are too base.
Error: Your ad group maximum CPA bid is either too low or too high. Please edit your bid.
(It'd be a lot more helpful if it could tell me which, don't you think? I don't happen to have a dart board handy, so I guess I plug in random numbers up and down till I get one it'll take)
Please put the tools menu back at the top of the page for all accounts.
The Google Analytics / Goal integration still doesn't work properly (you can't see past the first goal of any profile).
Adding additional paramaters such as {adgroup}, {campaign}, {matchtype} to the dynamic parameters options would be very useful.
