i read in the paper today that ITV (one of the big UK TV channels) was expecting 10% less money this christmas because of a lack of advertisers. apparently everyone was paying loads more for the same slots, this time last year. they're all tightening their belts, expecting the economy to get worse.
i guess that's a good indication of why some people are seeing a dip in earnings. there's not much we can do if there's fewer advertisers around, all bidding lower amounts of money.
what is the point of you posting this stuff tonyolm. it doesn't mean anything to us.
but percentages on their own are meaningless.
