Terrible things are now happening to my account. I've always had a very consistent number of visitors to my site, as I get quite a lot of traffic (organic via the search engines). My clicks have increased steadily over the month, which has been encouraging, however my earnings have dropped. Today it was reporting very low, and jumped up to something that looked more or less normal. A few minute later, they decreased the earnings by 50%, and I have an atrocious estimated earnings rate for the time of day. Yesterday was one of my worst days ever, despite a fantastic number of clicks, and regular quality traffic. I don't know what's going on in October!

sorry to say so guys, but it is still quite the opposite here: october so far is my best month ever: +30% of my average daily earnings compared to september, which - so far - was my best month evah!
I am still waiting for the recoil....

Vampke - glad it's working for somebody at least. In September I had one of "those months", and it was great. In fact over the years, I've always had very steady earnings, gradually increasing month by month. It's only now, where things have started to become more erratic. My October is a disaster, but by comparison to earlier in the year, it's not actually that bad, however it is disappointing by comparison to the last 3 or 4 months.

Play_Bach - I feel for you. Every day seems to bring a new low. Have you tried experimenting a bit more? Sounds like you don't have an awful lot to lose, or maybe I'm wrong?

Hmmm. Today my earnings during the past 3 hours are looking very good... Too good. Normally when they revise my earnings it's within the space of a few minutes, but this time they've held. I bet the devils at Google are taunting me, and in another three hours they'll half it.

A week to go and I have already match last months click. Strangely enough though, I'm only gonna make like 1-5% more earnings than the previous month. Still a record high for me, but man, I'm talking about like 5-digit difference in clicks. Doesn't make sense to me right now.

The past 10 days or so I'm almost in a state of shock. Not all based on overall site traffic loss, but very very poor earnings. This is a real reality check because I'm going back to the way it was maybe a couple years ago. I simply don't remember getting kick in the groin like this previous years around this time.

MrSavage, I am seeing the same thing. The beginning of the month started off very normal, but the past 10 days I am at a 1/3 of my normal earnings. Pageviews and impressions are actually slightly up - just terrible earnings. Not sure what to do besides wait it out.

Can anyone confirm that what I'm seeing is accurate? I know there were some slow reports last week, but is the system experiencing issue on and off? I don't want to cry a river here, but certainly at 11am I'm thinking it's my new average and not a blip of some sort. My revenue is very low.

they pointed to a page that has been up for over 6 years. I deleted the page including all the pages associated within those pages.
Yesterday I had the best day in 5 weeks and today it has my best day in 3 months.. go figure...

So far this is the worst month I have had since March 2007. I started AdSense in Jan 2007, so I was only three months in at the time.

Thats exactly what happened to me as well. Revenue, which was stable and predictable for the last year or two, sunddenly tanked on the 19th of October. Stayed low until the 24th of October. Now it's back to normal levels, ie. expected range of revenue.
If you look at the bid types breakdown, you might see that CPM ads were practically shut off on the 19th until the 23rd of October.
Looking at the impressions via CPM bids over the past year and a half, I havent had such a huge decline as I experienced recently.

second highest earnings ever today, and still counting... My month is a new all time high, already 10% more than previous all time high (last month) with still 5 days to go. I wonder what happened at google's to explain these weird results everybody is having (for the better or for the worst)

Good day yesterday and fantastic the day before, but unless things change, something drastic just happened, and clicks are paying out peanuts. Very strange, and total lack of consistency for a site that has a very consistent amount of organic traffic.

Hmm, reporting issues again? Updated my stats after being out for an hour and it shows a single added impression - and no movement at all the previous 2 hours. On the bright side, there "should" be a massive click dump to look fwd to when the hamsters wake up.

Awful day yesterday - big drop in clicks, and CPC very low. What on earth is going on at the moment.
