Some of the javascript code not working.

Even though I have the link target set to "blank", it opens in the same window. Further, how do you manipulate the mouseover parameter? I don't want javascript junk to show in the bottom of the browser upon mouseover.

Finally, conversions are horrible right now, down 200% from average. Coincidence?
