New month, nothing new with AdSense, though. Thank god the clawback is just 10 EUR for me this month. Turns out almost none of my traffic is invalid.

Hello all, thought I would drop in quickly as my switch to Mediavine has been insane.

I'm currently at 4x my usual Adsense income after just a few days and it set to rise even further. My coding is rather incompatible with their script so I am having to go back and recode it all. But the recoding is leading to more ads showing and the revenue is rising each day.

I'll drop in from time to time, mainly to see if worth getting other sites on Adsense but if MV is an option for you, I would highly recommend joining,

First few days were good similar to may revenue, then hit by google algorithm update on June 3rd and search traffic reduced significantly. Hoping for a recovery soon!

5 cents yesterday. Zero clicks. Wow.

And I probably have an explanation for that SEO2Go, they started limiting ads again as of yesterday. I've got one of my low earning websites with limited ads.

I'm seeing ads in a foreign language all over my site, 728x90, 300x250 and Matched Content. The majority of my visitors come from US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

@Gatormark, same here with those clawbacks. But I prefer more clawback and earnings that are 50% more instead of the low earnings last months.

Traffic good. Ad clicks good. Revenue, not so good. I guess advertisers aren't paying what they used to pay in my writing niche.

Does anyone have the list of advertisers displaying those scam green download now ads? I see tons of such ads on my site and it is likely to affecting search performance, per the SEO guy.

Those green download links really really irritate me. What makes me angry is that Google are allowing people to blatantly put them in positions on the page that are bound to dupe people into clicking on them. I was looking to download a camera app the other day and I found a website which had what I was looking for. However, in between the app description & the genuine download link was one of these green download adverts. If that's not breaking the rules then I don't know what is.

blocking download ads is like playing whack-a-mole - same as the PDF reader, and on and on.

Crazy! Two Google ads per page. At 4,000 PVs today I had a total of 8 clicks.

@KaseyM It seems like my traffic is getting better too and this is my downtime of year (June through mid-August) but revenue is not going up proportionally. Still, I hope this bodes well for the winter months when my traffic increases and revenue typically increases. This certainly is a new and different landscape than I’ve seen in 15 years of Adsense. Just need to keep fighting, make better websites, and adjust to what our niche wants.

Guys, I don't know where to ask correctly about my issue - didn't find the needed thread here. Who works with Media.Net? Do you have some problems last two days? The traffic is great, Adsense earnings are good, but Media.Net ads reduced revenue for 80%! It's just unbelieveable. Are you facing these changes too? Is Media.Net died? Will be very appreciate for your answer, I need to make the decision with them. Thanks!

@Cyril yeah, I have been with media.net for probably three years now. I've never and as much as I do with AdSense over the last 18 months earnings have dropped to the extent that I don't actually get paid every month now, only when I reached the threshold. However, I just checked yesterday actually and daily earnings are pathetic. I checked again today and yesterday my earnings were $.10. When media.net was paying me quite well I was probably earning between five dollars & $10 a day, nowadays be lucky if I get just over one dollar. Mind you, AdSense is very fickle. Last month I just got into triple digits but this month isn't looking good. Having said that, my CPC is something like 21p today and my page rpm is over £5. I've already exceeded yesterday's earnings. Problem is, I just don't get the clicks any more. If I was still getting between 60-100 clicks every day my earnings would still be pretty good. But it was like an overnight thing, certain layouts just stopped making any money and they've never really recovered. My best-earning ad is a responsive ad link.

I keep thinking AdSense has died when I have a really bad month and then the next month will be slightly better. Oh well, that's AdSense for you.

I've been with Media.net for a few years - it has never beaten out Adsense on any level. I, too, miss payments by not making the minimum with them these days and they've quickly fallen lower in my rotation to the point that I forget month-to-month what they bring in. It ends up being bonus revenue when they do pay.

I don’t use media.net that much because their ad blocking technology is not very good. It will not allow me to successfully block dating ads. I only use it on pages where Adsense will not display ads. I get about 2400 media.net impressions a day but only make about .45¢ a day.

Impressions down 21% since the Adsense apocalypse. CPC down 17%. This is an improvement since initially, I was down about 35% in impressions.

I have a 728x90 responsive ad at the top of my site. On mobile it shows a huge ad which covers all the navigation, and there is no way to get rid of it. I'm sure this has hurt me. There's something terribly wrong at AdSense. And, no, I am not using auto ads. I have been off and on with AdSense ads for the past couple years. I threaten to remove them, I do, and then I put them back hoping things will have gotten better. I've been very disappointed every time.

Same hier but I m using auto ads
Adsense is using our sites as laboratory
With some clicks going up to high 2 digits

On mobile it shows a huge ad which covers all the navigation, and there is no way to get rid of it.

- You can control the maximum size of responsive ads using CSS.

- If needed , you can also set the container element (usually a <div>) maximum size, and overflow:hidden.

- You can set your own ads and select them on the fly with Javascript based on device size. This is what I am doing, like that no bad surprise, also ads start loading faster, since responsive ads have to wait for the whole page layout to be rendered to "guess" the size to use.

Thank you, Dimitri. I have always had the height of the 728x90 set in CSS. This is the first time it's ever been ignored. I had no problems before this.

@skaterpunk - Thank you for that link.

I had some promising this month, but today is way too low.

Is the start of the school holiday in many regions, the start of the summer.
