Today earnings have jumped up to 90% of average and there's still four hours left to go! Best day in five weeks. Glad to see numbers like these again. Hope it lasts!

Blimey, what a strange Sunday with the UK out-earning the US by 173% with Canada right behind the US and Tunisia right on Canada's heels!
My US performance was easily its worst of the month at 50% clicks, 63% CTR, 44.6% earnings...yuck.

I don't suppose anybody is seeing a very slow day so far today. I am hoping there is an issue with the stats....

Can you make one that will tazer people in the ears till their eyes melt, for people who drive whilst on the phone? I'll fund it if need be.
If I could do that, I wouldn't need AdSense.

Well and truly stuck for me for hours, only showing a few hundred page views, way, way behind.

Impressions have been below normal today. Earnings were unusually high a few hours ago, now adjusted down to below normal. What's going on? I hope it's just a reporting issue.

Huh? Sweden is my #1 earner so far today, the UK and US have only just registered a couple of clicks each...something's either broken or extremely slow in updating.

Anyone notice that today earning reports by Adsense go up and down and are not at all in sync with Analytics Google stats? Very confusing as amounts keep changing.

not at all in sync
Fubard again...WTF have they done now?
My US EPC is wayyyyy down today, value is 42%, I can't even be a$$ed to check when it was this low ... OK I have checked... 11th January 2012
Do you know what's sort of semi-bizarre for me?
The more they fubar-up, the less work I do and the more I go out for beers discussing with friends how much Google is up its own a$$ and doesn't even realise it:-)
And what is even stranger is that these friends are highly-paid knowledgable people in totally different industries and mostly have converted to Bing.
Google, the masters of their own destruction?

Monday was the lowest earnings in 8 years and I agree with HuskyPup that it lowers one's enthusiasm for creating content.
Frustrating, annoying and it just seems to keep going down as does my enthusiasm and effort I put into creating content.

My earnings on my adsense sites have been way up since the start of September. October looks like it will end up as a record month for me. I haven't changed my sites in any way except for adding content on a regular basis. Traffic is steadily and slowly rising at the same rate as before, no big jumps. RPM is more than double this time last year. I think I'm just lucky that my niches are currently serving ads from advertisers with plenty of money. This situation has certainly given me the impetus to grow my sites and capitalize on the current RPM and to increase traffic for when/if it falls back down to previous levels.
New to the forum, by the way, so hello.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld bluedog
Just how does Google manage this?
Monday I had my 1st= click volume of the month however with my lowest EPC at 77.77% I ended up with an October average day.
I earned more on Friday with 57.6% of the clicks, this is stupid.

The publisher satisfaction survey should be out soon. I don't think Google will like some of the responses they're gonna get...

Things are improving for my site. Not quite back to August levels but at least back to where I'm earning a living again. :p Search traffic hasn't recovered but the number of indexed pages is way up. Also CTR and RCPM are recovering. I have my fingers crossed.

Wifes account doing great, and one account stuck - stuck so bad I was checking out server speed and page loads. Weird how sometimes only one account gets a freeze.
Been a good month but not because of Adsense - because of direct advertising deals and Penguin/Panda kicking competition to the curb.
I new all the crap linking and article marketing was going to bite these guys in the ass someday. I remember being over at the "Weekend" Warrior Forum telling every one to stay away from any linking at all, and just write big blog posts.
They never listened and they've been decimated.

I got hit really badly by Google but Bing and Yahoo have more than stepped up.

I hardly check AdSense anymore. Pitiful and pathetic earnings due to all these idiotic updates. You have to laugh at the ludicrous SERPs. Better I don't cite any examples. All the time spent writing these high quality content has been a waste of time. Maybe it's time for me to consider other business ventures where I know Google can't control anything. What a shame to mess up your own search engine when things were looking so good before.

Real-World business would suggest to me that AdSense is no longer applicable in my sector niche.
Retail buyers used to shop around, on-line sellers said they could supply, product weight and labour costs over the last few years has made them think again!
My 2013 production is already sold-out.
I need a NEW challenge!

I've lost total interest now. After all my updates during 2012, no matter what I do the efforts expended simply aren't worthwhile any more.
The only bright note has been tablet earnings this past two months with CTR more than doubling.
If anything drastic happens, in either direction I'll post, however I'm going to have some time-out, maybe a holiday, and have a darned good re-think whether I can be bothered with The WWW any more.

I have a site not touched in 3 months traffic climbing and averaging a buck a click.
