Google Gift Has Arrived

Doubt that I'm the first, but this is sure early compared to last year when I was sitting in the bathroom feeling all rejected with a razor blade waiting to open a vein if that Google gift didn't show up the day before xmas.....

Just kidding, I use an electric razor, and it showed up :)

Tonight, the knock at the door came and it was the Fedex Santa once again bringing goodies to all the good boys and girls that shoved AdSense in their visitors faces all year long.

Everyone knows I've been naughty, but this gift sure is nice!

The gift specs are as follows:

* 3.6 inch TFT digital photo frame
* 960 x 240 TFT screen, 16 mega-color
* Picture: JPG format
* Audio: MP3, WMA, WAV and records WAV itself
* Video: ASF only

For those whining about the gift has not arrived.
The package is marked as "If undeliverable please discard", which AFAIK means, they (Fedex) can just mark a package as they never found you and throw it to the garbage.
Or keep it, whatever.

Yeah, I'm sure my FedEx guy decided to risk his job and steal a $50 picture frame, or mood radio, or mouse pack.

I've gotten nothing from G at all. Nothing. Well, nothing but my EFT.

Yesterday I got an eCard from Yahoo Publisher. I've given them just a very a few impressions in the past, and at that time I set up a simple flag to A/B AdSense and Yahoo. Have I mentioned that Yahoo keeps calling me asking to help me switch my main site to their ads? Not yet.

I think I'll give Yahoo a go on a photo gallery, about 500,000 pageviews a year. I haven't had any ads on there yet.

I have had an account for approximately 3 years, howeever, I never really did much with it until April of this year. Been earning a couple of thousand dollars per month, not sure if that qualifies as it seems some of those who earn more than me have not received one either.

I wonder if it is completely random?

Either way, I'm not whining, it would be nice to get the Google Gift, however, a gift is just that, a gift. If I do not get one, I have no right to complain, as it is not a right to get a gift.

I got a card today. it's blue in color with some funny tree shape structure, so unlike google! The smallest of card I have ever received, Still it makes me happy!

I got the card in 2003, the mood radio in 2004, and the USB pack in 2005. This year I had my best year, just topping 60k - but no card or anything else from Google.

I'm in Ontario, Canada, and last year the gift came after Christmas, but I don't think it was this late. I'm very disappointed.

I've never received a card or a gift -- but my first year in the program they sent me a little notepad sized spiral bound "booklet" (for lack of a better word) with "8 Tips How to Optimize AdSense".

I should have framed it.

Just received confirmation from Google that they shipped me a Christmas gift -- but it never arrived here.

Are there any Canadians reading who could confirm that they received their parcel via FedEx? Or did it come through Canada Post or another delivery service? And was that before or after Christmas?

I'm going to try and trace it, but it would help if I knew who to question first.

Also can anyone confirm what I read earlier in the thread - that the parcel is marked "Do Not Return"? I ask because my contact at Google said he believed they had no tracking information on these parcels; however, if it is returned, he will make sure it is shipped out to me again.

Any advice would be appreciated.
