I'm suspecting that the general "backlash" towards Mr. Stevens will get him so fired up that when he returns in a week, he'll proudly proclaim that he created 4 more MFA sites.

Personally, I look forward to his return; it's about time someone who knew what they were talking about started hanging out here.

;)

Good morning Folks!

In my real life when I meet people that have nothing good to say about anything, I just leave them and pray to almighty God to cure their minds and open their eyes.

BradStevens is such a pesrson, and he really need much of our prayers. God Bless BradStevens soul!

PLease...Lets go back to discuss Jagger update, and that what this thread is all about.

Realistically I don't think any of us know what we are talking about! :>

But yes, back to the topic.....

For what I am noticing is that Google is giving more value to the home page, decreasing link value, increasing 2nd and 3rd level page relevancy with links from the root page and more emphasis on a sites age more than ever.

If you already knew this don't flame my a$$...My wife already does it enough! :>~

And for once I am seeing better SERP's than ever. I don't know what everyone else see's but take my opinion like a grain of salt.

This thread needs to address EXACTLY what emphasis Google is placing on sites. Correct me if I'm wrong! :>

Also it appears to me Jag3 is in full swing on every datacenter.

You mightbe right ;-)

However, at this stage of Jagger update we might need to ask ourselves; how come that an update which has started for around a month ago hasn't migrated completely to other DCs?

Or is it the case that the "successful" part of update Jagger is already out there fluxing on the rest of the DCs and there will be no more to come and that what we have to live with untill the next update arrives (maybe sometime in Feb. 2006).
