Does anyone else see the toolbar greyed out for all sites? I'm not getting anything.

I can't think of a better way to put huge dampener on the selling of text links.

It also seems to go in hand in hand with google blocking pr on the directory cat pages of dmoz, yahoo & goog directories noted a day or two ago.

Shame you can't see it now :( .... :)?

If they were going to do it, the feature would just be removed from the toolbar.

No, not the pro buyers. I would never buy links based on PR alone. I may look at it, but not for long :)

My dream has come true, I have the same PR as all of the top sites!

I do know that Mikkel hence the word dampener.

Whatever I say is just guessing anyway, but I could never understand why they released it anyway.

As for assesing the quality of a page, I'll do that myself thankyou very much, usually by reading what they have to say.

Still it is very exciting prospect, if there was going to be a major change.

I never understood what Google had to gain by making toolabr PR visible. It's of minimum usefulness to non-webmasters, and it opens up all sorts of possibilities for manipulation and link-swapping for all the wrong reasons. If it goes, good riddance.

I am not sure about this..But i think this would not be more than a temporary issue.
