Does anyone else see the toolbar greyed out for all sites? I'm not getting anything.

I'm sure whatever the reason for this gray PR period it will be for the the best!

Assume for the sake of discussion that the toolbar pr meter is going away permanently, as some have speculated. How will this affect your link acquisition and other SERP activities, if at all?

No toolbar in Nagpur either. Why should we be the exception! Hope to see rainbow at the end of the tunnel! Did somone say, re-install the toolbar and PR is back? is it?

Laugh...I was just about to put a bid in for a high PR site, saw that it was zero and I cut and ran.
I suppose I'll have to reconsider it now but perhaps I'll wait a few days. It will play havoc with domain and site brokers.

I don't have it here but I'm kinda wishy-washy on the whole good riddance thing.

If it's gone, great! One less spamming tool, one less thing for people (customers) to whine about, and one less headache.

But, what can quickly and easily be used to tell if someone is an authority on a topic?

I am going to try and make an offer to buy a site from a guy who had a solid PR 6 and excellent rankings. He might be freaking out now that he can't see his PR and might let it go for a lot cheaper lol

The toolbar pr indicator has been offline many times before. It's just a "we are working on it" glitch...

LOL, just made a test with one pagerank check site and got:

webmasterworld.com has Google PageRank 70 out of 10

that's kinda nice PR :D
