Man, when G unleashes these bots, they sure mean business. I almost banned that mozilla bot, except the number of hits mapped to the IP, which coincidentally belongs to G. We are getting nailed today too.

We are getting worked real hard by both G and Teoma.

I think the problem is that they are completely reorganising the index, their algos, and it wouldn't surprise me if they were'nt completely reorganising their databases structurally. Its not necessarily the software thats the problem - its the data and its structure and they can't do it in test.

Running the link analysis alone on all their data must be a stupendous task. Maybe they had to rethink...

I personally believe G__gle has more than just updates going on, I think things went real wrong internally and called it an update, Just My Opinion!
