But if you do already have site listed in yahoo directory, make sure the 2nd you submit do have different contents. But express listing ain't popular nowadays and I have never heard yahoo reject any express listing inclusion.

Based on my experiences and reading, Yahoo! prefers to list the root of the site. If your site is not already listed in Yahoo!, and you submit the deeper directory of the site, I think in most cases they would list the root and not the sub-directory of the site.
If your site is already listed in Yahoo!, then they will say that the section you are submitting is accessible from the root listing that already exists.
