My site has been blocked by a country, the first time I've experienced this. Does anyone know what to do? I've tried using the "id" alternate, but the "id" page still doesn't rank in Indonesia.

Unless I am missing something, it doesn't seem to be much of a complaint. Do you think it is actually valid?

Sorry, comment withdrawn. Too late I saw the "placeholder" heading in the reference. Just too quick on the trigger here. :-/
