I've never had one of mine answered... they probably just read my question, laugh a bit then press 'delete'.
Must be your shoes...
:-)
Seriously, though, I've had pretty good luck up until now getting my email support questions answered. Of course, I haven't sent in a ticket for a few months...
Oh, and my revenue is WAY down for the 21st compared to the 19th and 20th, but I have really bizarre ups and downs, so that in itself isn't unusual for me.

(And, no, I don't know why I'm on a "laughing at your shoes" kick today. For some reason, it just cracks me up. Sorry, folks. heheh)
1) I'm only displaying the ads to US users
2) The majority of my traffic comes from the United States anyway
3) I'm postive that 99% of the clicks that I get are from the US as well
To further this, I did lose something in the range of 28% in the audit.
I'm hoping that it is a glitch in the system and that it will continue to be fixed, its sort of too bad that Yahoo is having all of these problems in the past week and such, its making me loose faith in them a little bit.
I didn't lose anything. Mt totals add up just about exactly. Having said that, I've also seen very little sign of this so-called recovery. Earnings are only slightly above (and I do mean slightly) where they were when I pulled the ads off my sites several days ago. If they sink any lower I suppose I'll be doing it all again.
I never knew contextual advertising could be so interactive.
Basically, it said, "Hey, man, we're in Beta. You know, BETA? Like, as in "BETA TESTING?" Sometimes stuff doesn't quite work the way you'd expect. That's why it's called "BETA." Don't worry, all your clicks are being kept track of, and the reports will update when they update which may not be exactly the same time every day because, as we may have mentioned, this is freakin' BETA. We're working on it, and will update the reports when we update them. So get off our back."
That was paraphrased, of course. The message I received was much more polite, much less wordy, and so forth. You know, "appreciate your patience during this difficult time," blah blah, "assure you that" blah blah, "apologies" yadda yadda.
But I'll bet you five bucks that my version is what they *wanted* to send. :-)
So, in a nutshell, stuff is being tracked, but reporting may be delayed.

For me what happened, seems to mirror smart pricing at google. But that's just conjecture.
I AM running ads from a category seemingly irrelevant to the site makeup. But the click thrus are high and the payouts were too...today I'll try ads in the same category as my site to see what happens.
Traffic has been about the same for me the last couple of weeks....ctr about the same (within 10%), as well as type of ads and websites, but the pay-outs really different from day to day.
I don't get it!
If you have same traffic, same click-throughs rates and same ads, why such a big difference in pay-outs?
Hmmm....
The reason I ask is because I had my earnings down on all my 3 sites:
Site A: ads targeted to site's content (I did not choose any ad categories, but yahoo did good job on targeting ads for this site only)
Site B: Targeted categories which are not directly related to the site content, but rather related to the site's audience.
Site C: (same targeting as site B)
As I said all three sites were badly hit on March 2 and never recovered to good levels. Surprisingly, site A took the worst hit.
