From a programmer's perspective, I can't understand what the "system stabilization" could mean and why some publishers are back to normal and some aren't. That doesn't sound like it's a system failure at all. It sounds like they are taking some time to generate statistical data on certain areas only.
It would be extremely helpful if people here could post if they are up or down, and if they are using URL targetting or not, and which section if so. It would definitely paint a global picture on which areas seem to be having problems.
I'll start: I'm targetting insurance and I'm way down.
I'm going to make a logical deduction here and say that most areas have been limited by the Friday change. Some of those areas have since had their limitations removed ("system is stabilizing", sheesh). If what Yahoo is telling is is accurate, then in the next few days, all limitations will be lifted.
Users who have no ad-targetting at all are no longer effected.
Does anyone have any contradictory data?
My best guess as to why they are testing section limitation is either to make sure there is an automated earnings trigger that rotates in low paying ads so as not to allow advertisers budgets to get spent too quickly. This trigger is based on a time-period, and for whatever reason some categories or publishers are resetting themselves quicker than others.
No categories, no blocked urls, etc. for me. YPN out of the box.
My YPN is about a 1 1/2 weeks old.
First couple of days not much happening. Then each day got better and better.
I then decided to located the ads in prime locations and high visibility.
Outstanding results followed......I must say right now YPN is blowing away Adsense.
Here' the great part, my site is still a baby and is not even ranked very well yet on all the engines.
Can't wait to see the $$$ roll in once I am highly ranked!
I have no data showing for yesterday. Anyone else having this issue?
Unfortunately, I'm still showing nothing for today and nothing for yesterday.
I did submit a support ticket earlier, but no response as of yet.
Maybe it's just me.
Yahoo hates me! It's a conspiracy, I tell you! They're all talking about me in the break room and laughing at my shoes! I just know it!

Seems things have picked up a bit, switched a bit more back to YPN.
As Sarah said, it was a system glitch, so more than likely the advertisers weren't even getting taken off for it or having any of the clicks tracked at all... no one really knows except them of course.
I just highly doubt it that we will see any sort of huge increase than what our daily totals were at 11:59pm.
I hope I'm wrong though.
Stats for the 21st are showing. Mine are anyway.
I never thought I'd think Amazon Associates reports (which *are* showing yesterday's numbers) were speedy. hehehe! :-)
21st numbers are ... low, but reasonable on the average.
Still no answer to my support ticket, either, which is unusual for YPN. Usually they get back in less than 24 hours.
I kind of wish they'd maybe put a note up on the reports page to replace the one that says "all problems are fixed..."
When they get done laughing at my shoes, that is.
:-)
