RSS Feed [webmasterworld.com] links still point to the old /forumxx/ style links (even for threads started under v4) instead of the new /forum_name/ style links. Leads to 404s...

Just a style thing, but that "report msg" link is really distracting. Would you consider knocking down the font size a bit?

Also related to the user info area, the "user profile," "owner edit," "sticky mail," and "print msg" images could perhaps be 2 across instead of each on it's own line to reduce the overall height of the user block.

URLs that specify a page number and "threads per page" value only respect the page number and use the stored user preference for "threads per page."

    Every thread is showing
    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX">
in the source code. I know that this might not be a bug as you may not be adding that for all users. ;)

    > thread numbering is messed up

    ya, the split cnt bug.

to temp fix - go edit your system preferences and choose a thread split count (messages per thread) up to 30 or more...

In the control panel, when you click the "Edit Skin" option, you get an internal server error.

New bug: unread messages (bolded within thread) are not fetching date field properly - all displaying as "8:00 pm on Dec 31, 1969 (utc -4)" top right above post. Once thread marked as read, the date is shown correctly.

Once thread marked as read, the date is shown correctly.

Not for me - I still get the good old C Epoch - 1st January 1970.

lol - limbo. I see what you mean.

just for reference - green eggs and ham is the trashcan/spam forum... where spam goes to die or fry.

May have missed mention of this, but "edited by" is displaying improperly. I can't quote it because the problem involves style codes, but an example is here:
    [webmasterworld.com...]

Basically, there is an 'edited by' line identifyng the mod and date, then on a second line it says 'edit reason' with nothing else, and then there is a third line that shows the [ 1 ] style codes (visible) and the reason for the edit.

Another bug: I'm on an ISP where I'm forced to log in to view threads.

When logged out, I go to a thread via a forum index and am shown the login screen. The listed "Passed URL" is:

    ht tp://www.webmasterworld.com/forum/.htm

I log in and hit a 404 error:

    ht tp://www.webmasterworld.com/forum/.htm?status=Welcome%20Back%20encyclo

    > <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX">

Did you know, that putting that code in posts on some "other" (read: vb) popular software can cause the page to be deindexed. :-) I know a guy who used that as his sig file to get over 100 pages deindexed on google. whew.

Can we have messages numbered 1,2,3,4,etc within each thread?

When I come back to a thread I am more likely to remember that I had read up to message 40 in the thread than I am message 33050665.

Still get taken to blank last page of thread immediately after posting.

Had to hit [3] again to see the posts on this page.

Can't have 15 messages per page. Have selected 20 in the preferences. Still get that problem.

It only happens on threads with URLs like: [webmasterworld.com...]

It is OK on threads with URLs like:
    [webmasterworld.com...]

You need an alternate (non-white background) image for the thumbtack with pinned posts. The alternating rows in the thread list bring this one to light.
