We want some kind of web based “homepage” we can allow our staff (about 15 people) to login/default to when they open a browser. Kind of like iGoogle but instead of several personal homepages, we want one, easy to use company dashboard. We only want one admin, but 15 “viewers” so the data is not personalized, it’s the company pushing the data to the user.
The reason we don't use iGoogle is that we'd have to use our main company Google account which is linked to Analytics, AdWords etc.. and for our purposes, we want something without that access.
We don’t need much complexity:
1)Facebook/Twitter – company Twitter and Facebook feeds to keep employees aware of customer communications.
2)Calendar – we would like to use a company calendar to keep track of holidays, schedules etc..
3)Notes/Memos: A place to add company memos, notes
4)Link to Google docs - we do want to link to company documents
Anyone have ideas on best/not too expensive way to achieve this?
