Is there a good list of sites that list one's RSS feed for free?

Look for "rss directory" on google. 2rss and syndic8 are the biggest ones. Let me know if you find other good ones!

here you find a list of recently (these past days ) active RSS news feed directories and search engines.

some of these will be crawling your site within minutes
and at least one of the bots coming every few minutes to grab your RSS news feed!

also you find the link to PING Yahoo in your browser for a "Refresh request"
( if they would offer same service for regular sites ;-)
