Do they give you subscription numbers?

I have seen this in my logs in the past, but am curious whether anybody knows about the last two items in the line; users and views.

This is from my browser report:
YahooFeedSeeker/1.0 (compatible; Mozilla 4.0; MSIE 5.5; [my.yahoo.com...] users 8; views 387)

Is that how many people are subscribed to my feed through Yahoo? The numbers have not changed in a week, but that may not be unusual.

Jeremy Zawodny - who is a finance Yahoo mentions in his blog [jeremy.zawodny.com] that the counts are what you think.

I checked out one of our client sites and their figs are the same. Since 1st Jan they go up slightly as time goes on.

In my access_log, I can only find this.

That is the line, mine just had that extra data. Try signing up for your feed through MyYahoo and see if it adds it in the next 30 days. I double checked it in the log, but generally I use analog 5.32 to "pretty"-fy my logs.

It could. I was talking with someone from Yahoo who indicated that they had been having problems with the numbers, but that they think the problem is fixed.

One thing to note is that the number reporter is the number of ACTIVE USERS IN THE LAST 30 DAYS. So if 200 people have plugged in your URL, but only 10 visited My Yahoo in the last 30 days, the number you'll see is 10 (and the number of views is the number of views from those 10). So this could be the case too.
