is the Espotting keyword generator broken for you too?

I can't get the Espotting keyword tool to work so I can't check search volumes.

I rarely use Espotting and have had this issue since yesterday morning, I have emailed and recieved a reply stating they know there is an issue, are working on it but do not know when it will be resolved.

This is really poor service, has this been the case for long?

I'm looking for a good reason not to dump them from my plans full stop.
