What are your experiences with 7Search?

Just got a list of their partners and a bit suspicious...

Have been emailing 7Search back and forth to see where they get their traffic from. Have just been sent a list of 7Search.com's biggest affiliates:

What do people think of those? I'm a bit suspicious of the likes of 1stblaze.com and lop.com. Don't know how they can have such high Alexa rankings when I've never seen an online or offline advert for them and they have very few links to the URLs. Spyware?

7Search also say that partner sites must:

- Must cater to English-speaking countries only.
- Must not have economic incentives for readers to search.
- Must be owned and operated in an English-speaking country.
- Will not be compensated for fraudulent searches.
- Must understand that our first loyalty is to our advertisers.

What have other people's experiences been with them? What is the quality of traffic like?

I tried them for 2 sites, i got some click but most of them didn't convert, where in google and overture i got 10% convertion rate..

I just opened another 7search account for one client because we are marketing smething we can afford on google and yahoo

Personally, 7search is ok, not as good as overture or google but to me, the best among the teir IIs.

To be fair to 7search, they have responded to all my queries. Here is their response to the one about fraud:

"As far as lop.com and 1stblaze.com, both websites utilize multiple domain properties which feed traffic to each other. This helps increase rankings.

I am surprised to hear you say our customers are unhappy with the quality of traffic we provide. I can assure you that we are the best in fraud detection. We have well-know Partners/Search Engines as affiliates and we help them determine fraud. In addition, all of our competitors still deliver traffic through sub-affiliates that we have detected and cancelled relationships with a long time ago."
