Targeting Webmasters: an alternative to PPC

I've been buying adwords to attract webmasters to a site I have where I distribute free news. And I'll probably dabble in Findwhat a bit.

But does anyone know of any websites to advertise where webmasters hang out?...or more specifically, where webmasters looking for content might hang out?

Any ideas? Thanks!
