Click fraud is like a big elephant standing in the middle of the living room. Everyone sees it and knows it's there, but no one is quite sure what to do about it.

I love the elephant metaphor.
Click fraud will come under control just like everything else. PPC's who can't handle it will phase out and those who handle it well will prosper.
