I ran some words which have a strong conversion rate on all other ppc sites and I got no conversion. This happened in several different buckets of words.
So for me Ah-Ha is a waste of money.

Don't believe everything you read. Received information is not as good as finding out for yourself. A lot of these programs offer free trials or coupons, so you really owe it to your business to try it out for yourself and reach your own conclusions.
After 5 years on the Internet and using just about every PPC there is: the only ones left that are worth anything are OV and Google ADWords, and they are getting extremely expensive in all areas, and both subject to ever increasing click fraud, despite their best efforts to combat it.
Having said that, I still use FindWhat but with a very tight reign, and am now starting a tight reign on Google AdWords and OV as I watch costs soar, and ROI on ads decline.
I guess the point of my post is some advice to all newcomers: I have not found any other PPCs that are worth a dime, except Google ADWords and OV, but watch your costs carefully, because even they are now out of line with reality in some business areas/keywords.
I guess eventually the old mass merchants who dominated brick and mortar will eventually dominate the Internet. They have the pockets to withstand the click fraud.
However, I still believe that Findwhat, Search123, Enhance, maybe Kanoodle and maybe goClick can be OK in the right niche. Emphasis on "OK" here. I think that these are at least worth a small try. The investment is so small, that you almost have to try these out in your niche. But definitely monitor the results very closely.
Search123 is even worse, in my field (rx) clickbots are running rampant, you put in 100$ and boom, an hour later no sale, no money and tons of clickbot traffic.
Funny with some other search engines i'm pulling 500% ROI with the same keywords.
