Looking for advise as I start a PPC business

My marketing campaign will rely solely on pay-per-click (Overture and AdWords).

I want to gather as much research as I can prior to going live. I'm also writing a business plan to force myself to plan and organize.

I only want the test, tried, and true products, consultant, & techniques.

Who and/or what can help me plan my PPC campaign before going live?
