Interesting lesson. From what I had read around the net, I had suspected that Kanoodle would be my worst conversion and that the $50 deposit would have vanished in a flurry of fraudulent clicks.

But for 3.40$ I have had five conversions, my best ROI so far. True, there is zero volume here compared to Google/Overture, but it's interesting how it's my best ROI.

I have not had the same experience with Kanoodle. My experience was poor. 0 conversions from 1500 clicks.

I am sure the team from kanoodle will be very pleased to hear that.

I know when some of the sprinks team came on board, the key item on the agenda was to reduce fraud and increase ROI.

btw, Kanoodle staff are right party animals if you ever get the chance to meet them ;)

I have the same problem with Kanoodle. They gave me lots of traffic without sales. Incredibly stunned, my money is almost gone to zero.

Conversion has decreased a bit over time, still it's pretty good. Volume is lousy, but to be specific:

I've made 180$ worth of software sales on 29$ of Kanoodle PPC.

Nah, Kadoodle never worked for us. At .05 per click, it isn't worth another try. Prob. just dumb luck on their part. You need to try them on for a good 30 days to see thow they really are performing.

How about this for some balance: I wouldn't risk any money on kanoodle until you've tried all the ones with a 10$ - 25$ minimum buy.

Anyways, my point wasn't to hype Kanoodle but really just to say with PPC it's one of those things you need to experiment with rather than really accept what other people say.

Some people have luck with looksmart, for example. Me, I had zero.

I spent $250 on Kanoodle with my word list from Google (which I spend $10K per month on)

Zero conversions from the Keyword Kanoodle traffic... absolutely none.

I contacted my rep there - who suggested my word list wasn't deeply linked enough. I asked if they even loaded the links properly, they said they did.

I am currently trying the ContextTargeting shizzle which they claim has much better conversion than their search traffic. Also it has a minimum cpc of 50c - I plan to spend $100 more then if still no conversions right them off as a piece oh shizzle search engine and short their stock

Someone from Kanoodle called several months ago about some new content placements they were supposed to have on MSN but couldn't provide much info or send a screen shot.

We were set to pitch it to clients but haven't heard from them in ages, did they ever ink anything with MSN?

I got some free kanoodle when I bought something else ...in one month I didn't see one single click generated by them but they claim they sent me hundreds and then their sales team kept bothering me to buy more of their "wonderfull service" I know from my tracking that I wasn't missing something there they just had not sent me any traffic at all.. and fortunately it didn't cost me any real cash to find out ..

Some of their adsense type ads do appear on MSNBC.com or msnbc.msn.com as it is known now.

A couple thousand clicks and not one single conversion. I've given them a chance twice but not again. Might as well set the money on fire or flush it. Would have had the same results!

Kanoodle sucked! It's not worth spending my money after i tried them for a month. I could care less what you say here but for me, its not worth it.

Kanoodle is very open about their marketing. They would not sneak on here to boost business. They are some nice guys. I met a few of them at London Pub Con 2003. They were a lot of fun. Never used it I might look into it with a new venture I have.

Kanoodle is the worst ppc service I have ever used. Never any leads with massive amounts of clicks.
