5 cents minimum PPC List

Can you please list all the PPC companies where I can advertise for 5 cent a click or less? I currently use AdWords it works pretty well but I only get around 100 clicks per day. I want to increase this by using other PPC engines.
I am wondering if there are other PPC engines like AdWords with 5C min PPC.
(I also enrolled in Overture but 10C min PPC is kinda steep for me.)

Those are the better of the second and third tier engines. Of course, there is also findnothing's PPC search engine also. As well as the unenhanced PPC search engine.

Be aware that the 2nd and 3rd tier PPC providers get shadier and give lower rates of return as you progress downwards.

Kanoodle and Enhance have min bids of $0.05 or less.
