Need FindWhat/Go Toast tracking help

Can't see the keyword in GT

Am using Go Toast to track various PPC campaigns. In FindWhat, I am using a string such as this to achieve dynamic keyword insertion:

www.example.com/blah-blah/example.asp?pid=FW_012504RC&rcmt=b&GTSE=fnwt&GTKW=$(idreplace)$

The string used to be $(+term)$ until January (GT online help still mentions it but tech support confirms it has been superseded). The http:// portion is hard-coded so I don't have to enter it. The previous string worked fine.

Is anyone else using FindWhat to track keywords successfully?

Both companies are responsive - GT hasn't heard of such problems from other customers and FW is looking into it.

I have solved it - the problem was at FindWhat, not Go Toast.

FW needs to "upload identifiers into your account" before GT will see the keywords.
