Has anyone ever used them? If so, what was your experience? I looked at examples of their ads with Ad Block on, and they don't look bad at all. The ads are very similar to the types of ads that content.ad shows.

Their website doesn't much explain what they are doing.
I think that their explanation that your site looks "lonely" without ads isn't exactly what those of us installing adblockers see. If it worked and filled your site up with ads again I wouldn't magically expect a big improvement in stats. As an adblock user if I didn't see a way to clear the ad clutter I'd hit Back and find another info source. Since Forbes started blocking adblock users I've lost interest in visiting the site.... ymmv

If they're an adblock user, then they're not welcome at my site anyway. That is exactly why I have this at the top of Terms/Privacy Policy:
AD BLOCKERS
Our recipes are provided free to you, although it costs us money to maintain the site. If you use our website, please make sure that you make an exception in your ad blocking software.
No one has a moral right to use our bandwidth and view our content while knowing that they are blocking our only source of revenue.

I don't expect ANY improvement, but I do expect that it will pixx the adblock users off enough that they won't come back. Who needs them, especially when you have sites that have your ad income as the only source of income.

Furthermore, my two sites are not littered with intrusive ads like the news sites are.
