I would like to add advertising to a user generated content site. While the content is primarily news based, or revolves around various current events, it turns out that the most popular articles are either NSFW or borderline NSFW, who would have thought? I have been using Google adsense for advertising, but they will not advertise on any articles that even hint at subjects NSFW, so in turn my most popular articles are often lacking advertising. I began registering with various other advertisers, but I am getting turned down by one after another.

Does anyone know of any advertising agencies that are OK with NSFW content? Please note, there is no #*$!ography or erotica on the site, but topless photos of celebrities are common. Any thoughts on the subject would be most appreciated.

You probably need to look at something like adult dating ads or such, there are specific networks for adult sites as well but they might show ads that are a bit too explicit for what you describe...I think adbrite have an adult option. Have a look at some similar sites view their source and see what advertising they are running, or ask them.
