"Wednesday 21 June 2004. Sensis Pty Ltd today announced that it had acquired a range of assets
from LookSmart Ltd and its wholly-owned Australian subsidiary, LookSmart International Pty Ltd."

Sensis run the YellowPages, Whitepages (both online and offline versions) and whereis.com.au in Australia.

Also making news today regarding Looksmart, was that CEO Jason Kellerman is stepping down. He is replaced (in the short term) by Damian Smith.
