Strange Google PPC ad title

Google PPC is showing strange PPC title, have other one found this behavior

When searching for English Editing search query in google.com, I found strange title of a ppc ads:

[google.com...]

See the difference in the title of top three(position can change) ppc ads. One PPC ad has double title length.

I checked current title length in Google Adwords and it is still 25 chars then how this ad is showing too lengthy title?

Pls discuss.
