Looksmart's "New" PPC System

Can't get anything to work right.

For several of our campaigns, when we attempt to add additional keywords/listings, their system says that those keywords are already being used in the campaign. However, they are not being used and they are not listed anywhere in the campaigns.

Is anyone else having difficulty using Looksmart's new PPC system? I'm thinking of just closing our account altogether. We still had money left in it, so I thought I'd use it until it was depleted, but it seems to difficult.

I had this problem even with the old system and ended up sending them excel forms which they uploaded to the system - it rarely works properly for me.
