My hypotheses are:
1) To fool people into thinking their bids are too low and thus get higher bids by impatient/anxious buyers.
2) Bids are really too low.
FWIW, I'm bidding $1.25 on some placement targeted sites for a 728x90 leaderboard on a popular b2b site.
Any experience with this? My reading elsewhere suggests to just be patient...
How long will it take for the image ad to get approved.
How much should be the size of the image, is it for 120x600 should it be 120x578.
Also which is best for content network placement, CPC or CPM.
Should we list each page on a content network site or just the url is fine.
Can any one please answer these...
