Has there been a thread on here (or if not, elsehwere) that lists syndication breakdowns, by engine and % of traffic from each, for the top few PPCs?

Nope. That is useful (have had it on my wall for a long time), but I'm interested in syndication beyond the major search engines. For instance, what percentage of Google AdWords impressions are coming from Google, other SEs, the DomainPark thingy, AdSense, etc. Same for Overture, FindWhat, Kanoodle, ePilot, and one or two others maybe.

Well, you can devise an estimate from looking at individual search engine market share here:
