Adwords working abnormal for my campaigns

I have been using the Google adwords from last three years
and it used to work fine earlier but from last three months google adwords is not working as it used to work

Do you guys notice the same? is it current trend?

I have though noticed that the Avg CPC have increased and the leads have decreased slightly but this is in the US market. I would attribute most of this to the economic condition, which is preventing people of indulging into consumerism.
I am not sure which market you are talking about though.
